Department Information.

This Department will support in training Engineers with Business and Entrepreneurship skills. At the same time, it will emphasis on Technology Management, Economics and Entrepreneurship. In addition we propose that we should tap the fact the College is located in a Tourist Circuit to offer a Degree Course in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Currently under this discipline we offer two degree programs: Bachelor of Purchasing and Supplies Management and Bachelor of Commerce. These programs are open to JAB as well as self sponsored students.

Bachelor of Commerce (4 years, Full time).

• KCSE Mean Grade C+ and a minimum of C Mathematics and English.
• OR KACE Certificate with two principal passes and one subsidiary pass and a minimum of a credit pass in Mathematics at KCE.
• OR a diploma or professional certificate in a relevant discipline.
• Options Offered are Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Bachelor or Purchasing and Supplies Mangement (4 years, Full time) 

• KCSE Mean Grade C+ and a minimum of C Mathematics and English.
• OR KACE Certificate with two Principal passes and one subsidiary pass and a minimum of a credit pass in Mathematics at KCE.
• OR a diploma or professional certificate in a relevant discipline.

Bachelor of Business Information Technology (4 years, Full time).

• Mean Grade: KCSE C+ and grades C in English and Mathematics.
• Or 2 Principal passes at A Level/Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE).
• Or A pass in JKUAT – Diploma in IT or Diploma in Computer Technology of Diploma in management and IT.

Diploma in Business Administration (18 Months, Full Time).

• KCSE aggregate grade C and grades C- in English and Mathematics.
• OR KCE Div II with atleast C- in Mathematics and English.
• OR Credit Pass in any relevant discipline.
• certificate with atleast KCSE Grade C- with at least C- in Mathematics and English.

Diploma in Micro Finance ( 18 Months, Full Time)

• KCSE aggregate grade C and grades C- in English and Mathematics.
• OR KCE Div II with atleast C- in Mathematics and English.
• OR Credit Pass in any relevant certificate with atleast KCSE Grade C- with at least C- in Mathematics and English.

Diploma in Business Information Technology ( 18 Months, Full Time)

• KCSE aggregate grade C and grades C- in English and Mathematics.
• OR KCE Div II with atleast C- in Mathematics and English.
• OR Credit Pass in any relevant certificate with atleast KCSE Grade C- with at least C- in Mathematics and English.

Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies Management (3 Months, Full Time).

• KCSE aggregate grade C- or Division III in KCE.
